The pins are very delicate and break very easily rendering the entire device inoperable. The connection to the Behringer 802 mixer is very unique with 3 delicate pins. Works as new. From what I see when I look up the power supply on the internet, your mixer takes a power supply with a different connector on the end.http://www.firetac.com.au/userfiles/eclipsys-training-manual.xml

eurorack mx602a manual, behringer eurorack mx 602a manual, eurorack 602a manual, eurorack 602a manual user, eurorack 602a manual instruction, eurorack 602a manual pdf, eurorack 602a manual instructions.

This power supply has a small connector with 3 pins coming out and your mixer probably has a larger connection that has 3 pins coming out (like a Yamaha mixer does). Fits near the computer' s Monitor and has a very nice 48v Phantom power Mic Pre-Amp for Condenser mics. What kinda disappointed me is that it doesn't have a power switch(Atleast not one that i've discovered yet). I literally got to disconnect power cord to turn it off. It's pretty good for live applications although you'll probably run out of inputs for all your synths and mics. But it does sound farely good for its size. SOUNDS Very nice clean sound for a lil mixing console. Maybe if there was an automated version with sliding faders in the same compact size it would be nice. OVERALL OPINION It's a must for all my vocal recordings. Love the pre-amps very clean. About the only thing we're still trying to figure out is how to get two instrument inputs mixed with miked drums - but with no drums from the amp - and sending that to the CD recorder. I don't understand a lot of it. On the other hand, I really don't know all the possibilities, so I would basically need a crash course in the fundamentals of sound engineering to really understand. This little board is a powerful tool for my music and there will be a learning curve for me. The board is really an instrument unto itself and will take some time to master. But even with the sound geek jargon, the manual conveys the pride and excitement of the Behringer team and I felt like they really want me to be happy with their products. When you plug it in, it's on. That's a minor inconvenience. SOUNDS Mindblowing cleanliness, even for a mixer at four times the cost.http://azumakirby.com/admin/userfiles/ecls-k-base-year-user-s-manual.xml

We cranked the amp up to a sound way beyond what you would ever normally use and just heard a slight hiss from the mixer. We did the same with the Mackie and heard a slight rumble. It's about the same amount of noise, just in different frequencies, and undetectable at normal playing or recording volumes. We did notice the EQs didn't seem to have a huge affect on the sound. The EQs are somewhat weak in that regard. But it's clean, which is most important. We can mess with the EQ at the instrument. OVERALL OPINION It's as tough as hell. Would I take it to a gig. I'd take it to war. My bandmates like its smallness so much, they want me to bring it to use as our mixer for gigs, instead of the other guy's big Mackie. We're just three in the band, so we can get away with it, but it probably wouldn't have enough inputs for a bigger band. It's so small and light that I've put scratchy velcro on the back and it holds fast to the fuzzy fabric on the side of the amp. If you had to, you could wear it, it's that petite. We've used it for practice sessions and put it through the paces. I doesn't do a lot of fancy stuff, but what it does, it does exceedingly well, at a good price, in little space, and with VERY clean sound. And it looks cool. Six channels in all, though two are mono and shared with the mic. My only problem is that it has knobs instead of sliding faders for the master and channels. I just set it up plugged in and recorded till my heart was content(ish). This is a great mixer for anyone who can only spare a small area, or if you aren't planning to record an entire band with it. Though a three piece might be ok.

SOUNDS The sound is incredible for the price, I record mainly vocals and acoustic guitars through it, mixing the pick-up and the miked sound for the guitar and generally a straight mic for the vocals. The sound is consistently good for all applications that I've used it for. OVERALL OPINION The components used are boasted as the same that are in all there models, just on a smaller scale I presume. It is a durable little thing, I accidently dropped a fairly heavy container on it, which hit the knobs full on, leaving it without a scratch. The difference that this mixer has made to my recordings without breaking the bank is too great to express. I'm using a very nice mic (Audio Technica 3035), with the Presonus TubePRE preamp, so I didn't want to cheap out with a crummy mixer. I was born and raised on Mackie. I've had 3 1402s, a 1604, and a couple of 1202s for various uses in my home and mobile studios. Finally, a friend who knew better told me otherwise. I am amazed at the sound on this thing. The mic preamps are as good as a Mackie and it's QUIET. If you're shopping for a good phantom power preamp, you can't touch a good one for this price. The pots feel to be pretty good quality. They don't stick or turn very stiff-ly (stiffly?). The external power supply is not a wall-wart, so you get the benefit of a smaller unit and still get a fairly nice non-grounded plug power supply. Considering that for a mixer of this price and size, turnpots will be the standard, rather than sliders; the only other thing that really bugs me is the 3-LED meter. Oddly enough, it's pretty easy to use for referernce. It has no XLR outputs, which kind of bugs me, but again - size and price are most likely the cause of that too. The plastic sides bug me, but seem sturdy.

As soon as I got it out of the box, I whacked it really hard against the concrete floor to see what would happen (better now than after the warranty expires). I might hesitate to take this on tour with me, but I'd not hesitate to toss it into my luggage (padded in shirts and pants) and fly it with me. It just feels good. It sits level on the table and the pads keep it from sliding - just a lot more than you'd expect form something this cheap. Heck, I once owned a Radio Shack mixer that cost twice this price that was no where near as cool. I just got done emailing a handful of Mackie-addicted buddies of mine to tell them about this board. However, Mackie is starting to appear overpriced with competition like this. I've got a couple of friends who bought a Mackie 1202 but don't need all the inputs. Obviously, some people need more inputs etc - but if you are even THINKING about something this size, BUY THIS MIXER. This review was originally published on Did you find this review helpful? yes no. This unit's flexibility is a big plus. I have a CD player, a tape deck, a keyboard, and a mic plugged into it. Though it is technically a six channel mixer (two mono, four stereo), its routing feature enables you to use the stereo aux return and the tape in as two more stereo channels. Its compact size was a selling point for me, as I don't have much room to put my gear. I didn't like the metering. Some knobs feel cheap. The problem is that you cannot rout the tape in to the control room and main mix at the same time. If you try, you still hear it at both ends, but the meters are nonfunctional. The mixer looks pretty good, and feels nice too. Personally, I don't like the plastic sides, but that's a matter of opinion. Overall, the Behringer MX-602A is a solid little mixer for the money. However, it can also be used to mix sounds and record them on a cassette deck or computer.

This unit is very inexpensive and very small (about the size of a hardback novel). It's easy to carry and easy to use. The unit can be used with four musical instruments and two microphones. Easily connects to amplifiers, stereos, and other devices. The only thing I don't like is the instruction manual. The manual is written for those who already have a fairly strong knowledge of sound mixing (and that's not me). Yet the unit is designed for small groups and will probably be the selection of amateur groups who want a functional mixer at a great price. Extremely good German naufacturing. The unit is sturdy and durable. This unit is recommended for all musicians who are seeking their first sound mixer. It is convenient, inexpensive, and performs remarkably well. OVERALL OPINION Small enough mixer for small home applicationsa I for 10 years and it has not moved. For the price secondhand, I recommend it. Did you find this review helpful? yes no. Phantom power, XLR jacks, RCA.UTILIZATION It can not be easier. SOUNDS Trs his drinking this kind of thing.I do not regret the purchase at all, despite my low regard for the brand. Nice little console. 1 of 3 people found this review helpful Did you find this review helpful? yes no Three-band EQ very effective. Very compact box. UTILIZATION Operation is super simple and it's going the manual is 100% analog. SOUNDS The equalizer is very good and offers a good record of mediums. The breath is very limited and the table is transparent if properly used. The sound is very good for material of this size. OVERALL OPINION I appreciate its size and its small footprint, perfect next to the keyboard of the computer on a desk. The design is very nice and the case is robust. The connections are also.

This table is just perfect in front of a sound card in a small home studio. I would make the same choice without hesitation, especially when considering its price and its rating of time, it offers a truly pro quality. Pro quality in an ultra-compact mixer.ULN really means Ultra-Low Noise. So what's wrong this thing. Well, for starters, ALL of it's outputs are unbalanced. This means that the ground drain from all of your electronic equipment on the same circuit, or your house, or apartment building, or even sometimes your entire housing community will now be running into your audio signal. This is BAD for sound cards that offer a single input such as the typical stock sound card that comes with computers because they input and output stereo signal through a single TRS cable. The sound card expects the left signal on the tip and the right signal on the ring, however, because Eurorack is unbalanced, your poor sound card will be receiving -3db of the original signal on the tip and the ground on the ring. Now all of this negativity doesn't apply to a sound card that has unbalanced mono ins such as the M-Audio Audiophile 2496. In fact, it appears as if the Audiophile has been specifically built to complement this pile of garbage. The Audiophile's inputs are RCA (unbalanced mono) allowing the signal coming out of the Eurorack to go directly where it's supposed to go, and sending the ground hum to the ground of the card. If you wish to really use the Eurorack MX602A, I would heavily recommend using it with the Audiophile 2496 to maximize quality. They sum the signal from the mic into a single signal and then split the signal into a right and left signal. If the output was balanced, I wouldn't have any problem with this, however, since the Eurorack is completely unbalanced, this makes it very bad.

For the reasons stated earlier about ground hum, dividing the signal to go on two busses that eventually run out of two unbalanced jacks is a very sloppy way to do anything. And if you need a third reason, then it's the EQ section. The signal will always run through it even if you are not using it. This is known to harm the signal and many mixers above the pro-sumer level must have the EQ engaged manually to use it. The only reason this device is as popular as it is in the online community is the fact that it is the cheapest thing that will get your condenser mic working without having to wire your own phantom power supply or research what exactly phantom power means. So, I shall present to you first a device that does exactly what this does and does it correctly for around the same price range with all of the simplicity and directness of a mic preamp: I recommend to you the PreSonus TUBEPre Amp. It is XLR in and out with a single gain knob, a built in 80hz roll-off, variable drive (tube distortion), a pad, and a phase switch.I've bought two B mixers. The other is the 602A he trashes. The first I used in resurrecting a dead parish hall system without a budget. The second I use in my monitor line as a pretty decent patch bay. For my corner of the study studio, it was the right thing for the job.It wasn't the mixer that made all those kids run screaming from the room, you know.
